GT-R in Los angeles

My trip to SEMA show started off on the right note today when I had this nice little red-hot ride waiting for me at LAX.

First comments about the USM GT-R…pretty surprised that Nissan didn’t address the seat situation, there is still no way to get the driver seat nice and low, making tall drivers feel like they sit on the car rather than in it. My girfriend on the other hand, being rather vertically challanged, has the opposite problem as the passenger seat doesn’t rise so she can hardly see over the dashboard.

Here she is, happy that the GT-R came in red!

Loving driving it around Hollywood, I have never gotten so many thumbs up from drivers in the whole time I’ve been in this job.  People come up at car parks telling me “Sick ride bro!” and wanting to know more about it.  I think it must be the red hue that attracts so much attention. One last shot….yet in another car park.

And how much better does it look without the number plate in the front!  So clean!

Off to Santa Monica tomorrow morning to get some decent shots of it so will post more snaps in the next few days!  Must rest now as my back is in pieces, GT-R suspension and LA streets just don’t go hand in hand.  What is up with the roads over here???  Pothole central!
